Contra Costa County CM Services

The County of Contra Costa is seeking Construction Management firms for both an on-call list and a pre-qualified list, for projects from 2015 to 2018. Up to 14 firms will be selected. The deadline is November 20, 2014 at 5pm, and a preprop will be held November 5 at 2pm.

Yuba County Infrastructure

Yuba County in Northern California is seeking consultants for master agreements for transportation infrastructure design and consulting. The disciplines are civil, geotechnical, surveying, construction management, environmental, traffic, right of way and materials testing. Qualifications are due 4:30 pm, November 21, 2014.

Tempe Online Consultant List

The City of Tempe is seeking a slate of consultants including architecture, landscape architecture, civil engineering, surveying, construction management, traffic engineering, environmental engineering, water and wastewater engineering. SFO CM Services

San Francisco International Airport will select a pool of construction management firms to provide as-needed support services on airport projects. Only those firms on the pre-qualified list of ten project management firms can submit. Three projects are currently identified.  Proposals are due July 31, 2014 at 2pm.

The Fremont Unified School District is seeking a pool of construction management firms for a variety of school projects. Due June 20, 2014 at 2pm. Roebbelen, Blach Construction and O’Connor Construction Management were selected for these contracts.
