Monterey has three dozen parks and beaches

The County of Contra Costa is seeking Construction Management firms for both an on-call list and a pre-qualified list, for projects from 2015 to 2018. Up to 14 firms will be selected. The deadline is November 20, 2014 at 5pm, and a preprop will be held November 5 at 2pm.

The Lake County Department of Public Works is requesting proposals for replacement and repair of three bridges. Full service engineering is required, and includes the evaluation of a bridge that is eligible for the National Register of Historic Places. Highway Bridge Program (HBP) experience of the team is very important, and there is an 11% DBE requirement. A non-mandatory preprop is scheduled for November 12 at 2pm, and proposals are due Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at 3pm.

Yuba County in Northern California is seeking consultants for master agreements for transportation infrastructure design and consulting. The disciplines are civil, geotechnical, surveying, construction management, environmental, traffic, right of way and materials testing. Qualifications are due 4:30 pm, November 21, 2014.

The City of San Francisco is seeking three civil engineering firms for as-needed services. Qualifications are due October 15, 2014 at 2:30pm.

The Bay Area Rapid Transit District is seeking qualifications from construction management firms for sustaining construction management services at BART facilities. Due date is October 21, 2014 at 2pm.

The Twin Rivers Unified School District, in northeast Sacramento County, is seeking an experienced master planning consultant to provide them with a Long Range Facilities Master Plan. Qualifications are due September 26, 2014 at 3pm.

The Fresno Housing Authority is seeking a pool of civil engineering firms for various housing related projects. Qualifications are due September 25, 2014 at 4pm.

Oakland Unified School District is seeking an architect to design renovations to the Aspire charter school at their former Golden Gate Elementary School site. Qualifications are due September 30, 2014 at 4pm, with a mandatory preproposal meeting on September 10 at 2pm.

San Francisco International Airport is searching for a full service engineering team to provide as-needed airport engineering services for up to five years. The consultant is to provide planning and design not limited to civil, mechanical, electrical and utility engineering for tasks up to $400,000 in fees, $2,000,000 in total fees. A preprop is scheduled for September 8 at 10am, and proposals are due October 6, 2014 at 2pm.
