Fresno County is requesting proposals for a single firm to provide project management, construction management, and construction inspection services for its new West Annex Jail. This is a new, 92,000 square foot facility connected to the North Annex facility by an underground tunnel. Experience in justice facilities is a must. The due date is August 15, 2014 at 2pm.
