San Francisco International Airport will be selecting a consultant to design the relocation of existing Fire House #3 and the South Field Checkpoint at another location within the South Field area. FH3 is a 6-bay, one story facility that may have to be redesigned as a two-story facility due to size restrictions at the proposed site. The project is estimated to cost from $12-$15 million. Proposals are due August 4, 2014 at 2pm, with a Preprop on June 25 at 10am.
