The Sacramento Municipal Utilities District is seeking an A/E team to renovate their historic, modernist headquarters building on S Street. The original building was designed by Dreyfuss and Blackford and constructed circa 1960. The proposed construction budget, excluding soft costs, is $10,000,000. Qualifications due July 30, 2014 at 5pm. Preprop on July 9th at 2pm.
