The US Department of Health and Human Services Indian Health Service in Dallas is seeking to contract with up to three firms to provide engineering for wastewater related facilities. Three contract areas have been set up for sites in New Mexico, Arizona, California, Nevada, Colorado and Utah, and are set-aside for small businesses. Qualifications are due July 31, 2014 at 3pm.
