Modesto City Schools is seeking a consultant to provide them with a comprehensive Facilities Master Plan. The District is large, with over 3 million square feet of facilities on 650 acres at 34 sites, not including support facilities. The Facilities Master Plan will serve as a strategic tool for the future, as well as being a mandated component of the State’s Local Control Accountability Plan requirement. Proposals are due July 24, 2014 at 3pm.
