HPS Development Co. LP will be hiring an architect of record, along with mechanical, electrical, security, solar, signage and telecom consultants as part of the architect’s team, for the Block 48 housing project. Other consultants have already been retained by the developer. The scope includes 407 market-rate and below-market rate homes, built over parking, on 15 parcels. Qualifications are due August 13, 2014 at 4pm, and there is a preprop scheduled for July 14 at 2pm.
